Our Waitlist system does more than just replace your pagers, paper and pencils.

Through constant monitoring of when guests are entered into the system and when those guests get seated, we are constantly calculating and recalculating your Average Wait Time. Your host/hostess is never left in the dark and can accurately communicate real-time seating expectations to your guests.

You'll see a constant running average appear in the upper left hand corner of your screen. Add whatever fudge factor you want, but you'll always know where you're at in regard to wait times.
