When a table opens up for that party you'll simply tap the "Waiting" icon on your screen and your guest will instantly receive a text message notifying them that their table is now ready and to proceed to the host stand.

No-Guess Wait Times You'll never have to guess as to how your average wait times are running. The LetsDineOnline Waitlist System continuously calculates (and recalculates) your wait times based on when you've seated previous guests. You'll see a constant running average appear in the upper left hand corner of your screen. Add whatever fudge factor you want, but you'll always know where you're at in regard to wait times.

Management of Guest Preferences Do your guests need wheelchair access? How about a highchair or booster seat? Maybe they'd just like a table by a window. Not only can your guests make these requests through your portal, your host/hostess will be fully aware of these needs well before the guest arrival.

Editing Made Easy It happens. Your guests (a party of 2) put in their table request. A couple friends show up and they decide to join them for dinner. Well that changes a thing or two, doesn't it? You can edit any part of a waitlist entry (or delete it completely, if necessary), including adjustments to the wait time itself.
